oh man, i feel your pain. i was in that predicament about a month and a half ago. i hate breathing through my nose even when i am eating, kaya often times, i choke and go on a coughing fit, as if i am dying. i tried a lot of stuff. and, so far, i have discovered that \”cell food\” has helped me tremendously.

Di kasi effective sa akin over the counter na anti-histamine. Levocetirizine is newer and stronger than cetirizine, siguro mas mahal din pero di ako sigurado dahil iisa price nang prescription meds dito.

Ako I’m taking cetirizine naman and it works perfectly. Not sure how the “levo” prefix in your med make a difference…
